Production and delivery times
All orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days.
Once ready, we proceed with shipping. Standard delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- For the Spanish peninsula, the estimated time is 1 to 5 working days.
- For international shipments, the delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days.
These times are approximate and may be affected by the season or exceptional circumstances.
All shipments include tracking, and you will receive the information automatically.
Return policy
We offer a 30-day return period, starting from the date of receipt of the order.
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
- If the item received does not match the one ordered, an exchange or a refund of the difference will be made.
- If the product arrives damaged and there are photographs taken at the time of opening.
- If the order has not been shipped and 14 days have passed since the purchase.
For the return to be valid, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, with the original tags and in its intact packaging.

If the return is approved, we will send you the instructions and the address to which you should send the package.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Remember that the return shipment must be tracked to our warehouse.
